As one of the major lieutenants in the Mumbai for Division for the Mumbai-Dubai Expansion, my role as Top General involves leading a LEAN yet productive team of six consultants. Operating primarily in the Construction and Building industry, we tend to undertake projects and partnerships where we engage in delivering bespoke Thought Leadership in Supply Chain and Transaction strategies for our clients, but we expand our services to Legal Compliance and Security Services.As a LEAN practitioner, I believe in keeping the team small yet effective. In 1990, when we formulated a partnership with the Sidhwani Construction Group, where we crafted the Direct Ascension Revenue Return (DARR) approach. As part of DARR, we get straight to the point and directly ascend the position of poor performing stakeholders as a visible example, so other low performing stakeholders begin to perform positively, hence leading to greater revenues and ROI. "Apun Ka Dhanda DARR pe Chaltha Hai! Aaj Ek builder marenga, kal 100 line lagayga, paisa dene keliye" is our motto.
