Transformation is part of life. We transformed many times since our childhood. Our points of view changed many times. We don't believe the same stories as we did when we were children - or do we? Becoming aware of our fear patterns is a first step to be free of them. Eventually this learning becomes easier and more fun and we notice growing ease of being. Why is it better to be aware? Because it is easier to live. My definition of resilience is: ability to be calm, open and curious in face of uncertainty. It is the response-ability.
