− Analyze presented files and arrange client meetings− Draft detailed architectural drawings− On site visits and material take off− Prepare BOQs, cost estimation, and other legal documentations.

− Study tender documents and scope of work− Handle RFQs, receive & compare quotations from subcontractors− Follow up on RFCs sent to clients for discrepancies or changes in scope− Review blueprint drawings, prepare commercial & technical packages,material take-off and BOQs− Work on major construction projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabiaand the wider Gulf region varying from residential, to commercial, toindustrial projects such as: • King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Riyadh • The Avenues Mixed-use Project, Riyadh • Riyadh Metro Project – Package 02, Riyadh • Saudi Aramco R&D Lab – Phase II, Dhahran • King Abdullah University of Science & Technology
