I’m a curious Human Resources Analyst with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. I am skilled in several HR programs, including Oracle Database, NEOGOV, Kronos Timekeeping & Oracle Learning Management System. While I have these skills, I am always looking to explore other industries and aspects of Human Resources, including compensation & data. Becoming a well-rounded HR Professional is my ultimate goal. I currently hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration - MBA, focusing in Human Resources Management from Trevecca Nazarene University.
