I provide onsite support at KIND’s Headquarters office as well as day-to-day support to all KIND staff, ensuring their operational, administrative, and office-wide systems needs are met. This includes acting as a staff liaison regarding general inquiries, overseeing specific budget reconciliations, as well as maintaining external relationships with vendors.

I oversee many parts of store operations such as scheduling, interacting with customers, supervising employees out on the floor. I interact with hundreds of customers during the day ensuring a positive and efficient shopping experience. Met sales goals through the implementation of different sales strategies. I help resolve any conflicts between employees or with customers. I also coahced employees on effective selling methods, how to provide the best customer service possible and clearly communicated expectations and goals for the team.

Ambassador's are responsible for hosting prospective students and ensuring that they receive a high quality and enjoyable experience. I represented the University in a variety of roles including in online informational forums with international universities, high schools and other populations.

Acts as outreach coordinator for the English Conversation courses offered to clientele. Creates language accessible Covid-19 information and cultural orientation materials in order to ensure the most efficient and successful transition to America. Contacts clients to offer additional support needed after the 90 days afforded to resettlement programs to provide social services to refugees.

Manages detailed work orders regarding campus facilities by clearly communicating them to the correct maintenance worker and following up when necessary. Creates Construction Alerts and transferred them onto the campus calendar so that students and faculty were kept up-to-date and safe during construction. Fields phone calls and directs them to the necessary point of contact while ensuring quality customer service.

Provides operational and administrative support to Research Manager in research regarding analysis of discourse used in the comment section of prominent online newspapers. Exercises organization and confidentiality by creating and formatting research gathered during the project in order to effectively share it with the rest of the research team. Uses Microsoft and google drive programs to methodically format and organize dozens of pages of data from nearly 100 New York Times and Huffington Post articles.

Provides operational and administrative support to Research Manager in research regarding the effectiveness of refugee resettlement projects. Conducts personal research on how resettlement projects function and the level of their effectiveness. Creates and submits proposal of research method to the Human Participants Review Board for approval to ensure ethical and procedural competency when interacting with human participants.

Serves as a role model for over 130 residents, manages the maintenance of facilities and enforces PLU policy to encourage a safe and welcoming living community. Mediates conflicts, provides resources, acts as a crisis responder advocating for student's needs. Organizes and oversees programs designed to promote community engagement and increase social justice awareness with programs centering around topics such as sustainability and intersectionality.
