My time at Calavan Kia of West Atlanta began in the BDC office, answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, connecting customers with their service advisors, and making outbound calls in order to receive reviews of service. I greeted customers, began repair orders, and assisted the service manager as well. After being recruited by the sales team, I transitioned into the position of Automotive Merchandiser for both Calavan Kia and CDJR. Within this role, I focus on capturing the best features of each unit as it is processed through the Used Cars Inventory, in order to best promote and increase sales. I create and print customizable labels that engage buyers and highlight each vehicle. As well as, maintaining a neat and professional gallery of images and short form videos for websites and social media marketing.
