As Curriculum Supervisor, I oversee the middle and high school curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with state standards and effectively prepares students for their future success. My duties include designing, implementing, and evaluating instructional materials; providing support and professionally developing teachers; managing student assessments; and ensuring compliance with education regulations. I work collaboratively with other administrators, teachers, and parents to address curriculum-related issues and promote the integration of technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning.I also oversee dual enrollment for the high school with local community colleges.

I work as Curriculum Supervisor for Middle and High School. In addition, I also teach High School honors Biology class.My role is to provide supervision and coordination of the educational program for the school which include but not limited to - curriculum, instruction and Assessment and all staff development. All of the above are performed as per the guidelines and philosophy of Thomas Edison Charter School and in compliance to NJ Department of Education.

In addition to teaching Middle School Science, I head the science department for the school. Coach Middle School Science Olympiad and Co-ordinate SSEP ( Students Space Flight Experiments Program), SMAP (Soil Moisture Active Passive) programs in the school.In the past I had also coached FIRST Robotics and served as Testing Coordinator.

AP Biology and Anatomy and Physiology teacher for grades 9-12.

Served as district level Science Content Specialist. Was providing science instructional support and professional development to about four elementary schools , one middle and one high school.

Taught Math and Science for grades 4- 8; worked as Test Co-ordinator for about 3 years.
