The new integrated platform increased the team’s productivity and allowed for efficient cross-team collaboration. • Designed a SharePoint site and document libraries to improve data storage and access. • Liaised directly with the Gates' offices to manage numerous high-level learning sessions, project updates, and brainstorming meetings with global experts. • Planned and managed two office moves including coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth move. Directed the transformation of the organization’s collaboration space into a space that promotes fluid communication and synergy among the team. • Supervised the creation of a comprehensive onboarding package to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.
