Clinical responsibilities - Development of treatment protocols in collaboration with Physicians. - Answering medication related queries from Nurses and Physicians.- Reporting and analyzing reports of medication errors, near misses and adverse drug reactions. - Providing orientations to Doctors and Nurses. - Implementing and analyzing the hospital information software for drug interactions, allergies, duplications, medication reconciliation, barcode system for medication recall.- Implementation and analysis of oncology software.- Implementation of the drug information requests and replies software. - Drafting and auditing the preparation and testing procedure of the acid and bicarbonate concentrates. - Drafting radiopharmaceutical preparation instructions. Quality responsibilities - Responsible for the JCI "Medication Management and Use" and related chapters. - Responsible for conducting Pharmacy and Therapeutics committees.- Drafting and implementation of pharmacy department policies, procedures and annual report.- Design and supervision of the remodeling of medication treatment rooms. Clinical trials responsibilities - Member of the ethics committee.- Review of clinical trial protocols.- Management of the investigational medical product.Teaching responsibilities
