I have over 16 years of experience in the IT field, I have held various positions that have allowed me to make a significant impact in the education and Information System sectors. Currently, I work as an Ed Tech Applications Manager at International College (IC), where I oversee the successful implementation and utilization of Student Information Systems and EdTech Applications. In this role, I provide guidance, support, and training to teachers, staff, and administrators, ensuring the effective use of these systems and the development of best practices.Prior to my current position, I served as the Head of the ICT and Robotics department and team leader for the IT technical team at Learner's World International School - City International School. Additionally, I worked as a robotics and ICT-focused STEM educator, teaching Robotics and technology to middle and high school students. I strongly believe in the importance of ICT and STEM in education, striving to create an inspiring and motivating learning environment for my students. Under my guidance, my students consistently excelled in technology and robotics fairs, winning awards for their innovative projects addressing real-life problems. Furthermore, at LWIS-CiS I was also in charge of delivering professional development workshops for teachers, incorporating the use of technology and distance learning tools into the curriculum. Moreover, I am the Co-founder and Academic Program Coordinator for "The Inpact Lab" hosting several programs/projects, such as "Solve24", a youth accelerator program that teaches teens on how to innovatively solve existing problems in the community using STEAM. "HandyWomen on Call", is an AEIF (Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund) funded project aiming to equip female-headed households from vulnerable backgrounds with tools and skills for traditionally male-dominated fields. As a TechWomen17 fellow, I had the privilege of undergoing professional development training at NASA Ames Research Center, further enriching my knowledge and expertise in the field. Before transitioning into the education sector; I worked as a Senior Application Support Analyst at Inkript, a security-printing company.
