In my role with iFoster, I work to bridge critical gaps in resources and opportunities for youth in foster care. By fostering partnerships with local organizations and conducting impactful outreach, I help ensure youth and families receive the tools they need to thrive.My responsibilities include: • Coordinating and implementing resource-sharing initiatives tailored to the needs of foster youth and families. • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with community organizations to expand program reach. • Serving as an advocate and liaison, addressing the unique challenges faced by youth in the foster care system.In addition to my advocacy work, I’ve completed professional development classes to enhance my skills in leadership, communication, and community engagement. These experiences have enriched my ability to create systemic change and support foster youth effectively.
