As a Junior at the University of Washington in Seattle working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Business, I have cultivated interest in courses spanning intermediate micro & macroeconomics, international trade, government & business, accounting, calculus, psychology, quantitative science and more. In addition to my academics, I enjoy challenges in business analysis, consulting, and strategy through involvements with on-campus organizations as well as working with a small business and interning at a startup in my hometown of Burlingame, California. I have also been learning financial analysis on my own time by learning to invest in public equities since the summer of 2022. I follow the earnings and metrics of a small set of companies, design my portfolio based on this analysis, and write quarterly reports to keep track of changes I make. Through all of the above, I have come to thoroughly enjoy learning how to solve real world problems through analyzing & synthesizing economic and financial information, and hope to keep pursuing these skills in my future career.
