CurrentHuman Resources*Manages Human Resources (HR) services as well as benefit plans for employees in a multi-facility / multi-state organization. *Directs implementation and administration of employee benefit programs such as health, disability, dental, life insurance, 401k, employee assistance and other plans.*Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. *Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities. *Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notify eligible workers of position availability.*Prepares and communicates information to employees and former employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government mandated disclosures as it affects them. Notifies employees of changes in benefit programs.*Analyzes and evaluates services, coverage, and options available in the marketplace to determine programs best meeting the needs of the organization. Keep abreast of the competitive employment marketplace as to benefit offerings and other changes taking place, including legal changes.*Provides services to employees to answer their benefit questions, resolve problems related to access or payment of benefits, orient newly eligible employees, process enrollment forms, changes and assist in recordkeeping.*Audits benefit plans for compliance with government regulations. Keeps abreast of forthcoming regulatory changes.*Analyzes benefits experience for cost-control and risk assessment factors. *Assists hiring managers in the recruitment work for hourly manufacturing employees and certain supervisory/FLSA Exempt staff.*OSHA 30 hour certified
