The Public Debate Program (publicdebateprogram.org) is a national and international educational outreach initiative that operates throughout the United States and in 30 countries, culminating in more than 1 million students participating annually. Supervise PDP operations, including creating the calendar and organizing sponsored events, recruiting new schools and coordinating leagues, managing school and personnel databases, hosting national and international teacher workshops, training tournament and tabulation directors, training event judges and civic and leadership staff, and and serving as the contact for returning and new members.Currently working to update the PDP curriculum, including new instructional and operations guides for students, coaches, parents, judges, and tournament directors/managers. President of the High School Public Debate Program (HSPDP) since 2018. President of Public Debate Program since 2022.

Supports the administration of the Claremont McKenna College summer programming for debate and leadership/professional communication instructional initiatives for hundreds of middle school students at Claremont McKenna College.Instructor at 5 summer residential and commuter debate and leadership programming for 5th-12th grade.

Runs tournaments for hundreds of debate students in middle school, high school, and university students in multiple formats.

Oversees and organizes projects for all areas of the CCDU including educational outreach initiatives, conferences, debate team preparation, and professional communication training.

Foster self-authorship, best writing practices, and oral communication skills for Claremont Colleges students.
