I am an incoming first-year analyst for the Innovation Development Program in the Commercial Bank at JPMorgan Chase & Co. I am excited to learn from and contribute to the innovation and excellence of one of the world's largest and most respected financial institutions. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the Kenan Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I have honed my analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills. Through my extracurriculars, I have gained valuable skills in networking, career development, and professional growth, as well as access to mentorship, coaching, and opportunities with leading companies. My experience includes an internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as part of the Commercial Bank Innovation Development Program, where I worked on a project to enhance customer experience and loyalty through digital solutions. I am passionate about leveraging my marketing knowledge, networking, and Excel skills, and MLT, Durham Academy, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. experiences to create value for diverse and inclusive organizations and communities.
