CurrentIn 2008, I bought my first property, a duplex unit in Florida that was in foreclosure. My husband and I went on to invest in 58 doors in residential real estate, between 15 houses we owned and managed, 32 doors we lent on across 3 states, and 11 doors we wholesaled on the side. Our focus is now on 60+ unit apartment complexes in stable and emerging markets, with an emphasis on the Texas Triangle between San Antonio, Houston, and DFW. We've invested in over 1,400 doors as Limited Partners, which we watch closely, as we position ourselves to be General Partners when the time is right in our lives.We have a passion for good stewardship and for stable housing.
