I helped develop the business idea of my company. Primary jobs include facilitating team meetings, delegating team members to do tasks that align with their personal goals and with company goals, and demonstrate servant leadership. As Secretary I was responsible for information flow within the company. My purpose was to enhance information documentation and use, and increase information sharing and storing on our company website. I took detailed meeting notes that were available to all team members and referred the team back to them when we needed to retrieve information. I was voted into this position by my team.

As the LifeStyle Coach at LifeStyle Studio LLC, I help clients identify and embody their ideal lifestyle through Life and Style Coaching. I help clients connect with their values and priorities, build confidence, maximize their time and belongings, express their authentic selves to the world and feel optimistic about the future. I offer one-on-one coaching sessions in life, style, or a combination. I use the Co-Active Coaching method that believes every person is innately whole, creative and resourceful. Clients are the experts of their lives. My job as a coach is to bring coaching tools, provide a welcoming space for clients to explore and envision their ideal lives, reflect back client insights and hold clients accountable.
