After having gained extensive knowledge and experience in the banking industry for almost a decade, I came to a point where I no longer felt the excitement in it, as I started to feel complacent; thus, I needed the challenge to fuel my creativity. The fact that I had always been so amazed and enchanted by the developments in the technologies of the digital world and the possibilities they presented made me realize where my passion resided: the digital world! I started my journey by creating my own website, an e-commerce one, where I promoted the traditional handmade treasures of my country, but it just did not ‘cut it.’Fast forward to the present, I am the Marketing Director of ‘The Perfect RIA’, ‘Retirement Tax Services', and ‘Plan Your Federal Retirement’ - where I am responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies with the aim of advancing the brands to the next level.As a marketing leader, I manage and execute all marketing aspects related to the production and implementation of any given marketing campaign, which typically includes, but is not limited to, creating and improving brand awareness, implementing various lead conversion processes, product promotion, and automated evergreen sales processes. My duties and responsibilities require me to build and implement strategies, conduct analyses, and create and execute projects while leading and managing a marketing team of 5, ensuring we optimally leverage all available tools in order to meet and exceed the industry benchmarks in the most effective and efficient manner possible.I also take great joy in teaching others the ins and outs of marketing, where I find an opportunity to share my knowledge and experience of the digital world and inspire others to learn and grow.
