Hello, my name is Maya Peter and I have had a continued passion to understand the power of learning by first meeting the student's social emotional needs. I pursued a double major in my undergraduate school experience to really help these two passions tie together by majoring in both sociology as well as childhood education. I then continued my experience by working across multiple schools across the five boroughs of New York City. I currently am the K-4 Interventionist at a NYC charter school located in Staten Island.
