In this role I spend most of my time writing. The writing includes emails, blog posts, and statements.

In this role I interacted with staff and customers in both beauty and wellness markets in order to promote products. I also was in charge of taking inventory at various on site locations and ensuring that products were in stock in store.

In this role I focused on customer service. I gained experience in food prep as well. After being promoted to supervisor I was then in charge of training new hires. In addition, I was in charge of dropping money at the end of the day, managing the break schedule, and dividing tasks for closing and daily tasks.

In this role I worked with fellow interns and clients to produce social media content. In addition, I learned about the process of brand development and upkeep as well as basics on tools such as the use of keywords in websites and other social media content.

A year long program provided by EXP to prepare students for the workforce. This internship taught me valuable skills to help me apply for and succeed in various positions in the workforce. Some of these skills include resume & cover letter writing, interview etiquette, workplace etiquette, and more. The program concludes with a month long paid internship with a partnered company. I interned with CM Marketing where I learned the basics of Social Media Marketing.
