Manage a team within the New Mexico Interstate Stream Commission (NMISC) Colorado River Basin Bureau for continued implementation of the agency's roles, responsibilities, and directives related to the 2004 Arizona Water Settlements Act (AWSA), and oversee the use of the AWSA funding ($100 million) for water utilization projects to meet water supply demands in Southwest, New Mexico (Luna, Hidalgo, Grant, and Catron counties). Additionally, support the larger Colorado River Bureau within the Office of the State Engineer with fiscal, bill, and legislative analysis, comment review, and other operational guidelines review in accordance with the post-2026 operational guidelines for Lake Mead and Lake Powell currently undergoing negotiation.

I served as TAG Client Manager for the Northeast region. I was responsible for the Northeast business including member retention, engagement, participation, and needs identification. I maintained client records with a high degree of accuracy and have built strong client relationships with existing members, meeting the highest levels of customer satisfaction which was measured by client engagement, retention (maintaining 100% retention of all 18 members), and client delight. I was also responsible for the preparation and facilitation of regional TAG meetings and gathering of annual insights around individual client needs and interests related to technology, innovation, and collaboration with peers. There was also a business development part of the role including to identify other like-minded leading utilities to join Isle’s network and expand the business by $50,000 a year.Lastly, I supported advisory services by serving as a supporting consultant on Isle-led consultancy projects for water utilities, technology companies and other stakeholders where I often conducted desktop research, scout, and investigate innovative technology solutions, conduct surveys, and wrote high level reports and project outcomes.

Connecting water and wastewater utilities with new innovative and emerging technologies from around the world through Technology Approval Group forums hosted by Isle Utilities, a VC-funded growth company. Supporting the planning & execution of the regional TAG forums and conducting research and due diligence on technical solutions and industry best practice. Additionally, supporting high-level consulting projecting for certain solutions, qualifying technical solutions, and producing finalized deliverables with actionable results for utility clients. I aided 40+ students in economics curriculum throughout the spring semester of 2020 along with the world events of COVID-19 which forced our class to go online half-way through the semester. I was an integral part of the transition to remote learning, grading, answering questions, and offering technical support in which I excelled. Consolidating research for Department Chair Senior Professor Mary Davis on the intersection of health and well-being as it relates to productivity and long-term sustainability of an apparel factory. Created and facilitated the Mercury Industrial Survey in collaboration with Nicole Della Porta, an Environmental Analyst III at Massachusetts Department is Environmental Protection specifically in the Water Resources group at the Boston office in Downtown Crossing. A highly competitive internship. The Mercury survey was intentioned to collect voluntary information about Mercury latent products in water delivery and water treatment facilities around the state totaling close to 1,600+ facilities in which the survey was distributed to. Close to 40% response occurred from operators with my help and provided the department with vital information just before COVID-19. Additionally, PFA GIS mapping was done on another project with Margaret Finn, Senior Environmental Engineer working on PFA collection and emerging contaminant data for the entire state.Key Contributions: - Facilitated, wrote, distributed, and analysis a high-level deliverable in the form of a survey of mercury in industrial facilities to over 1,600+ operators and superintendents - Collaborated and was exposed to MassDEPs inner workings of government and a wide variety of water projects being completed - GIS mapping of a toxic emerging contaminant

Collaborated on a cross-functional team lead by the Town Planner and Town Natural Resource Planner to facilitate, map, and communicate with key stakeholders about town land in Exeter NH. Walking and mapping key land owned by the town, working with the Town’s Conservation Commission along with other town administrators to brainstorm engagement through story-telling, and maintained office and town facilities to facilitate smooth execution of town goals. Maine Water is the largest private drinking water provider in the State of Maine. I worked to coordinate & test drinking water of internal treatment plants but also from external drinking water facilities.
