• Managing orders with current and potential customers in Lebanon and other countries.• Follow-up with customers regarding new mould containers and make sure to provide the best services.• Arranging orders between customers and the plant in Syria.• Follow-up regarding customers claims and attend the technical procedure to satisfy customers request• Arranging forecast, delivery schedule and orders with customers

• Managing sales orders with the customers through issuing tracking files and intensive - communication and follow up, as well as ensure timely deliveries on all shipments. • Negotiating and closing new deals with potential customers and maintaining a solid relationship though high service level.• Constructing a detailed market/customer business plan to match production capabilities that will meet the volume, profit and turnover requirements of both the company and the customer.• Expanding the existing market in the Americas, Europe, Australia, and Arab Countries.• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters.• Determining product price (based on costs) and discount rates.• Managing export shipments through effective coordination between various departments and suppliers involved such as production dept., dispatch, sales logistics, transporters, freight forwarders, shipping agents, customer agents,...etc• Developing Sales forecast by customer by market in line with overall strategy and objectives.• Submitting monthly sales reports covering results; competitor activities, and market pricing, to the GM and suggest measures to improve customer relationship and improving sales.• Manage and follow up all claims coming from export activities.• Communicate clearly, concisely and courteously, orally and in writing, and maintain effective business relationships with other employees, vendors, customers and the public. • Preparing & editing verbal and written communications reports and presentations.• Analyze international client’s needs.• Participate in preparation and management of the annual budget.• Perform all other related tasks.
