Recruit and consent new study participants from the CAP program. Organize and maintain all participant records. Label, transport, freeze, and send biological specimens to parent site. Conduct follow up surveys with the participants. Collect, input, and manage all data for the study. Prepare adverse event, protocol deviations, and change in research materials for the PI to submit to the IRB.Distribute monetary payments to participants. Collaborate with the research team to effectively communicate problems and suggestions for improvement

Conducted follow-up questionnaire data collection for subjects enrolled in a large cohort study and entered the data directly into database. Tracked and monitored data request. Executed additional supportive tasks to the research study as needed.
