As a Research Aide for the Pardee Institute for International Futures, I work on the Pardee Center's Core Diplometrics Project, contributing to the larger Diplometrics research portfolio. My responsibilities include synthesizing research and integrating findings from various sources into comprehensive datasets. I also engineer and clean data to support the work of team analysts, ensuring high-quality data for analysis and decision-making.

As a Summer Program employee for the Wichita Collegiate School Summer Explorations Program, I contributed to the daily operations by assisting in various roles. I managed the preparation of snacks and meals, ensuring adherence to children's dietary needs and restrictions. I also supervised children to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Additionally, I assisted parents with questions about the program and ensured a smooth and secure daily drop-off and pick-up process. I participated in workshops, trainings, and conferences to continuously improve my skills and effectiveness in the role.

As a Kid's Club employee, I worked with 1st-4th graders in an after-school program throughout the academic year. I contributed to overseeing safe and positive interactions between children, ensuring a supportive environment. Additionally, I recorded child behavior, as well as food and medication information, to keep supervisors informed and maintain accurate records.

As a camp counselor, I engaged children in a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, singing, sports, games, and field trips, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment. I built strong relationships with campers, parents, and fellow counselors through active listening and effective interpersonal communication. Additionally, I consistently implemented safety protocols to minimize incidents and maintain a secure atmosphere for all participants.
