As a Talent Acquisition Manager, I identified and interviewed top consultant candidates that fit the diverse expertise needed to meet our clients’ evolving needs across multiple disciplines. I tutored 5 student-athletes weekly in American Government, Spanish I, Principles of Microeconomics, Nutrition, and Intro to Human Resource Management. I discovered new ways to tutor student-athletes that provided the most clarity to each student. Through this job, I have learned to be adaptable while switching to tutoring virtually due to the impact of COVID-19.
