Working with the Customer Service Group, I handle a variety of consumer accounts, including both domestic and international, as well as assisting with our largest consumer account. My duties consist of entering and processing Purchase Orders from our customers, verifying inventory on-hand for shipping, what inventory is scheduled to come in for shipping, assist with inventory forecasting, etc. I have also participated in various Champion Teams with the most recent being a major label transition for one of our larger customers. Maintaining communication with the Buyers and Assistant Buyers, Brokers, etc, is something that is a very important part of my day. With the lead up to Presto's conversion from Oracle to SAP, I took on additional responsibilities while others in our department were involved in Super User training and Integration Testing. On the inventory side, I was responsible for a wide range of job duties including: posting inventory production and transfers; verifying customers’ purchase orders; printing all necessary paperwork for outgoing purchase orders; scheduling delivery appointments with customers as requested; completing all necessary paperwork and computer entries for incoming import containers; weekly and monthly cycle counts, along with coordinating and completing year-end physical inventory. When working with the accounting and finance department, I assisted with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, account reconciliation, and payroll.

Responsible for working with multiple departments within the plant to accomplish various tasks that needed to be completed on a daily and/or weekly basis. I would complete monthly inventory of the warehouse as scheduled by the Accounting Department. Along with these duties, I would complete the Processing Yield and Efficiency for both the Processing and String Cheese departments on a daily basis, Monday-Friday, and provide the reports to all of the appropriate personnel. Other duties include performing the Consumption uploads, both Lot and Non Lot, to make sure that the inventory in the Legacy and SAP software systems matched. If any discrepancies are found, I would complete the appropriate research to find out the reason why. Performing weekly Warehouse audits were also a part of my duties. Audits included both Shipping/Receiving BOL and providing the audit results to the Warehouse Manager and Plant Manager.

Responsible for the daily financial operations of an automotive collision repair shop. I was responsible for accounts payable/receivable, remote deposits, and account reconciliation. I also completed the Sales and Use Tax returns along with the quarterly DE-6 and 941 returns. Along with the financial obligations, I was also responsible for all of the employee paperwork and all health benefits. Payroll was done on a bi-monthly basis and I ensured that payroll taxes were remitted as required, as well as wage garnishments and IRA payments. Working with our customers, I would answer their questions about the repair status of their cars and also take payment, if needed, from them for their repairs and make sure that all appropriate paperwork was completed and signed. With the insurance companies, I would work with them to make sure that they had all of the appropriate paperwork and/or pictures for each customers’ car.
