 1) To review the enquiries/material specifications received from Customers and send to the appropriate Suppliers to request for quoting 2) To prepare the quotations to Customer and address the issues raised by Customers base on the quotations if any 3) To request for feedback (etc: price & dely) from Customers & inform Suppliers accordingly 4) To process the orders 5) To maintain proper documentation ( file & update system for orders placed) 6) To keep trace/ follow up the delivery date with Suppliers & update Customer accordingly 7) To prepare sales order when goods are ready to deliver to Customer 8) To liase with Supplier & Customer for any rejection/discrepancies of the material/certs if any 9) To follow up on payments (send Statement of A/C to Customer monthly) & assist finance dept. to address to payment issues related to my Suppliers & customers 10) To prepare PPI (Process Performance Indicator) for Continual Improvement Committee meeting held quarterly. 11) To prepare sales orders report to Manager
