• Process reservations by mail & telephone. Inform customers about new or additional services, new deals and promotions, and other info that provides valuable services to customers• Ensure appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests and complaints; referred unresolved customers’ special requests or grievances to designated departments for further investigation• Answer customers’ claims and questions about the reservation process• Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer

• Assist customers in selecting products.• Assist team members when necessary in handling cash registers.• Organize stock room, unload & label products
