At UWCSEA, Maya taught IB DP and IGCSE English courses. Additionally, she attended IB workshops for both the Literature Course and the Language and Literature Course.In addition to teaching and curriculum design, she was involved in service projects at UWC, she advised the high school philosophy club, she was a mentor to IB DP students, and she participated in community wide events at UWCSEA.
