Maya V. Blackmon Email and Phone Number
I seek to combine my acquired knowledge in Environmental Science, Neuropsychology, and Political Economy to help build and maintain human ecosystems and knowledge that unite nature and modern life. My career interests include helping to produce environmental education curriculum, programs, landscapes, exhibitions, and events. Communities should have access to agriculture, forestry, and resources with environmental justice in mind. I am impassioned about creating third spaces for human connection to each other, the natural world, and the parts of nature within them. My work experience in communications and event planning has allowed me to develop interpersonal strengths in leadership, project organization, research, task allocation, community outreach, and proposal development.
