Receive RFQ’s and ensure that its forwarded to key sales team.Prepare and submit offers for medical consumable contracts for government and private hospitalsArrange quotes/RFQ based on customer requirements; for government hospitals – ensure that offer is arranged in customer portals.Handle customer queries and follow ups.Process LPO received from customers and monitor delivery due dates.Keep track and monitor Logistics process and ensuring that open order details are updated in company system.Ensure that requirements and delivery dates are met and as per customer’s satisfaction.Monitor item stock number and ensure that stocks are replenished.Prepare Sales team report (Invoice and Deliveries)Additional duties and responsibilities include full administrative support to the Sales team and from time to time, Group Operations Manager.
