I am a PhD student in Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University. I am interested in researching how our bodies intelligently respond to disease and in engineering methods to enhance our natural strengths. My past research includes studying adenosine-mediated T-cell exhaustion in tumor microenvironments, identifying protective cross-reactive peptides involved in COVID-19 vaccination, and developing methods to target autoreactive T cells for the treatment of autoimmune disease. My current research involves developing microphysiological systems to model multi-organ interactions.
