My responsibilities over three UXI Live conferences (both online and hybrid) have included: 🔹 Successfully completed various projects and tasks related to the conferences' sales, marketing, production, and administration🔹 Advanced the conferences' professional and financial objectives by assisting the founder with various activities, primarily selling B2B tickets and securing sponsorships 🔹 Proofreading and editing of conferences' websites content

🔹 Overall responsibility for 38 branches, including on-sites implementation of national large-scale projects 🔹 Developed, led, and integrated several cross-organization national strategies and initiatives🔹 Liaison for the Board of Directors, and various Board Committees🔹 Cultivated and retained cross-sectors and multi-sector partnerships🔹 Coordinated and directed a successful National Annual Fundraising Event (campaign) - in co/with the Ministry of Education - thousands participants🔹 Introduced measurement system for projects – including OKRs and KPIs setting🔹 During the Covid-19 crisis: Launched a national hotline and partnered in developing a wide array of online digital solutions designed for (and some delivered by) people with physical disabilities. Simultaneously, designed and supervised a monitoring digital interface for monitoring the responses, and tracking the solutions given by the teams 🔹 Responsibility for handling complaints until their successful conclusion

JRV (כפר נהר הירדן) is a free, overnight camp for children living with life-limiting conditions. 🔹 Established and directed JRV’s Business Development, Events, and Marketing Department🔹 25% increase in annual revenues and total increased revenues of 45%, resulting from developing lasting relationships with investors (diverse funding sources) and partners and designing innovative revenue-generating initiatives and campaigns. Total ~3.5M$🔹 Successfully created and led E2E large scale fundraising events (Gala over 1,400 participants) from concept to execution🔹 Developed, directed, and delivered JRV’s Marketing and Communication strategy: social media posts and stories, campaigns, videos, advertising, website maintenance, and more🔹 Recognized opportunities for partners and customers to act as advocates (interviews, testimonials, etc.)

Hands-on training for social entrepreneurs - developing projects for NGOs and environmental/social enterprises from scratch. Field research, due diligence, benchmarks, PNL, marketing, employees, KPIs etc., were all part of the strategic and business consulting.
