As a Human Resources Professional, I apply my master's in business/human resources management and services, Risk Management Certification, and employee benefits expertise to support the professional development of the staff. With over five years of experience in the HR field, I have worked with the Alabama Department of Transportation and Memphis School of Excellence where I handled contract review, office administration, and employee training programs. Some of my core competencies include communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership. I am passionate about working in Human Resources, as I believe it is a vital field for social and economic empowerment. I hold a master's degree in management from Faulkner University and a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Miles College. I am currently perusing my Ph.D. in Business Management with a Human Resources specialization.
