Ernyka Holding is actively involved in wide range of businesses. Today, after a 10-year journey, the holding consists of at least 13 companies. Areas of activity are diverse and are classified into four categories including: healthcare, electronics, e-commerce and commerce.As a TA and HR specialist I am in charge of wide range of activities through the whole Ernyka Holding:• Hiring and Recruiting new resources for all the teams.• Designing and Posting Job-Ads on the local Job-boards. (for all technical/non-technical vacancies)• Screening and conducting HR and technical interviews.• Headhunting for the critical positions using LinkedIn resources.• Supporting the Human Resource department with clerical needs.• Coordinating the workflow of various projects, tracked tasks to ensure progress to deadlines.• Coordinating Weekly onboarding meetings with the whole holding.• Gathering and processing hiring/exiting data.• Conducting Exit/Stay interviews for employees• Addressing and analyzing internal issues and conducting feedback sessions with the employees.• Planning internal activities for employees well-being.• Planning the onboarding and motivational packages for the employees.The tools being used for all the procedures:- Internal ATS- MS Outlook - Excel - Word - PowerPoint- Different local job-boards (Jobinja, JobVision, Irantalent, Quera, Karboom, etc)- LinkedIn

I am responsible for finding the talents and resources required to support ongoing growth of the company.My main responsibilities included:- Employing various recruitment approaches, including head hunting, use of social media sites (e.g. LinkedIn) and advertising on the relevant job sites- Searching CVs and qualify candidates against live vacancies- Directly organizing interviews with potential candidates- Interviewing candidates for different roles- Helping with the on-boarding processes and the candidate to fit in perfectly.- Working as a junior member of the People Management Team, regarding the Global Team benefits.Geeks design, implement and support websites and web applications for organizations across different sectors including the Houses of Parliament, BBC, HMV, Council of Europe, Royal College of GPs (RCGP), Euromoney, Harrods, Easyjet and tens of SMEs.Geeks works as digital / technical partner alongside clients. At Parenthesis academy we go deeply through different functions of HR as a Generalist to be familiar with all the aspects. The learning was achieved through real-life tasks on a daily basis in groups. Each one of the team members are in charge of a specific role of an HR generalist, so that this way they’ll understand which functions suits them best.As a person who actively tries different ways of learning with different institutions and gatherings, Parenthesis was The One for me, in terms of have a tangible experience in various functions.Tools: Trello, MS Powerpoint, MS excel, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.

I started as a Sales-Specialist at Hamrah Mechanic and tried various roles within the company due to strategic changes in the company. I also worked there majorly as Supply-chain specialist. We were mostly in charge of finding and getting car owners to the sales system.According to these two positions I was in charge of:- Finding owners.- Doing the first and most important negotiations with the costumers. - Introducing the services to the costumer, convincing them with the benefits.- Supporting the costumer through the whole process, making sure everything works properly between the Sales consultants and the costumers.After a while, according to my high interest in HR, I asked our CHRO to provide me a chance to work as a part-time HR intern as well. During my 6 months of internship there, I got pretty familiar with People management concepts.I was partly in charge of:- Payroll and Administrative Responsibilities.- Exit Interviews- Learning and Talent Development- Employee Branding- Human Resources Planning- Career Planing- Personal Wellbeing of the employees
