AboutLife seems to have come a full circle for me! I have recently gone back to my first love - teaching! Although I was originally a teacher with a research degree (M.Phil.) in Political Science, I eventually became a Corporate/Soft Skills Trainer & Career Guidance Counselor. I am an officially certified Master Trainer & Facilitator, Master Behavioral Skills Trainer, Psychometric Test Professional & Executive Life Coach/Mentor certified in Learning & Development. As mentioned above, I taught Political Science for 15 years at college level before moving to Google and working as a Product Training Specialist in my area of expertise - Google AdWords - for five years. I have also completed a second Masters in Counseling Psychology at IGNOU. Future plans include completing my long abandoned Ph.D in Political Science.Later experience:• BIPSUM Software Solutions - where I managed the Content Publishing Team & headed the PPC accounts division (SEM). • Vivekin Group – where I was involved in the development & marketing of Leadership Intelligences framework & workshops.• PAGE - where I was responsible for marketing & managing integrated courses that trained students to qualify in various national level entrance examinations. More significantly, I managed & ran a Career Guidance program for schools which included about 150 schools & colleges in & around Hyderabad. • Career Express came into existence in May 2018.In November 2016, I completed a PG Certification in Marketing & Brand Management from MICA, Ahmedabad to upskill my marketing & branding abilities. In April 2018, I also completed a Certificate Course in Career Counselling & Guidance. However, in 2019, I went back to my passion – training - & freelanced as a Trainer, Mentor & Facilitator conducting trainings in the Retail, FMCG, Auto & other verticals. Concurrently, I was also counseling students (Classes 8 - 12) from home and conducting psychometric testing for them to guide them about their careers which I still continue even though I am back to teaching.
