District 54: Representative Mary Beth Canty-Worked to connect constituents with state services, researched and proposed legislation surrounding Illinois benefit cliffs, helped plan and staff office events.

- Participated in three-week long dialogue program bringing together Israeli, Palestinian, and American teens within an ALLMEP-affiliated organization.- Spoke at Parliament of World Religions as a panelist for Hands of Peace

- Worked on Buffalo Grove Community Development Project, developing "Youth Survey" sent out to village constituents.- Analyzed GIS results, zoning protocols, and contributed to analysis work done on ongoing Clove Development Project.

Over the course of the summer, I worked with paralegals and associates around the firm on various projects focusing on in-house organizational ordeals and client matters.-Researched national and international privacy law and directly drafted privacy and terms of use contracts for a corporation while working alongside a team of corporate attorneys.- Was responsible for overseeing and organizing closed client files within a system necessary for the law firm's maintenance.-Drafted letters and memorandums to clients for attorneys around the firm.-Helped research information regarding county filing, out-of-state matters, and individual firm needs.
