The Plenary designs collaborative and creative ways for the public to explore social, scientific, and environmental issues. As co-founder of its predecessor, The People's Science, I sit on the board and advise on projects and strategy.

Advise on strategy and on how to incorporate leading ideas from the Learning Sciences into new VR experiences

- Led a team in the development of diversity, inclusion, and belonging curricula; trainings have reached over 8K adult learners- Synthesized research into theoretical model for educational approach to empathy training via VR

- Designed and ran interactive workshops facilitating communication and socio-emotional skills learning with different populations. Notable workshops include Harvard School of Public Health, Emerson Science Collaborative, and Cambridge Youth Program- Consulted as a educational expert for organizations seeking to create engaging, learner-centered learning.

Teaching inquiry-based and tech-infused project-based science classes and running improv club.

- Managed a team of SMEs to design a new set of Math standards for PreK-9 based on leading frameworks and research- Advised on strategy and framework design of new projects

- Assembled and managed a team of developers using agile techniques to create an online, collaborative and creative software tool for curriculum development, alignment to standards, and learning experience design.- Designed and conducted a suite of professional development seminars that embody the center’s values and best practices of the Learning.

- Recruited and managed a team of researchers to construct theoretical grounding and articulate practical implementation of the center’s work by writing papers and books- Cultivated relationship with Somos Educação incl. professional development as they adopted CCR’s framework into their publishing process, which reached 40 million+ students- Wrote books.

Co-designed and co-facilitated graduate seminar on the topic of seeing the world through the transdisciplinary lens of mathematical curves.

- Conducted an exploratory qualitative research study examining how children learn to understand complex systems, including data collection and data analysis. - Conducted a study to evaluate the efficacy of EcoMUVE/EcoMobile (game-based science learning) on children's understanding of complex causal systems.

Co-designed and co-facilitated graduate seminar on the topic of synthesizing research from across the Learning Sciences to inform educational design.

Wrote and edited papers, press releases, and marketing copy for an independent research and educational institution that studies how interactions within a system lead to its behavioral patterns, and how the system interacts with its environment. The focus was on using mathematical tools transcend the boundaries of physical, biological and social sciences.
