Design and manage professional development programming for 2500 members in over 60 chapters internationally, through hands-on experience with Israeli startups. Provide resources, such as training, mentorship and workshops to empower our members to succeed in their projects. Conduct surveys and focus groups to help understand our members’ skill gap.Partner with consulting firms and professional leadership development organizations in order to provide training, mentorship and networking opportunities. Engage in outreach and develop relationships with almost 500 Israeli startups, VCs, and accelerators. Train and supervise members of the team.Launched a new Tech Program in an effort to engage Tech minded students and provide them with training, mentorship, events and hands-on experience with startups. Designed TAMID’s Consulting website (apps.tamidgroup.org), that that provides our members the opportunity to choose the projects they want to work on and receive guidance and support throughout the duration of the project.

Organized events, created partnerships and facilitated discussions that provided our members with opportunities for professional growth.Organized annual learning delegations to Israel for our alumni community, in order to help them gain necessary knowledge for their career advancement.

Plan and execute outreach strategies aimed at bringing together communities within the academic world in order to overcome cultural gaps and increase Israel's visibility and image.Develop student career development strategies through intercultural professional experience with Israeli companies.Facilitate connections and strengthen relationships between the Israeli and American academic institutions.Oversee the management of projects like expos, events, and conferences. Responsibilities include creating a budget, communicating with suppliers, planning meetings, and delegating tasks. Deliver presentations on different topics, including intercultural career development and Israel's higher education.

Conducted legal research and wrote legal documents. Summarized findings and presented recommendations and oral briefs to attorneys.Assisted attorneys with preparation for arbitration meetings, court appearances and witness questioning.

Worked at Financial instrument unit at Investment Department.Conducted ongoing supervision of the compliance of ETN managers (Exchange Traded Notes. also known as “Teudot Sal”) with the provisions of the Securities Law. Wrote public announcements and ISA formal opinions.

Proactive media outreach to Israeli and international media outlets, including visits to the army's bases, in order to build relations with soldiers and commandors and find interesting stories for the media.Was elected to manage delegations of senior leadership from foreign military missions in Israel, such as delegations who came to study from Israel how to create a better functioning army. Resulted in stronger ties and learning of methods to implement in foreign armies.
