The Tribunal Assistant provides administrative support to members of the Tribunal, either individually or as a member of a team, before, during and after hearings, and to assist in delivering registry and client services· Undertake hearing attendant duties – this includes MS Teams operated hearings and related tasks eg test dials.· Undertake general administrative assistance, including processing incoming mail, scanning, operating switchboard and updating the Tribunal’s computerised case management systems. · Provide administrative support to members, including pre-hearing liaison with parties.· Preparation of standard correspondence.· Assist with the preparation of Tribunal orders, decisions and reasons for decisions.· Other duties as directed.
