1-Work with clients to prepare loan applications by compiling, arranging, and reviewing all relevant documents. 2- Determine the feasibility of granting loans and communicate with the administration if necessary. 3- Preparing advances and disbursements and preparing letters of payment. 4. Work closely with loan officers to obtain credit information, coordinate closings, calculate closing costs, and disburse funds to clients. 5. Ensure that loans are processed in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures. 6- Assisting in saving various credit files and following up on customer inquiries. 7- Assisting administrative staff in periodic audits.
