  – Provide counsel to C-Suite and senior leaders on legal risk management, legal and regulatory compliance, litigation strategy and litigation management. – Advise on general employment law matters and HR best practices, including workplace policies and procedures, performance management, compensation and benefits, human resources issues, internal investigations, worker classification, accommodations, terminations, leaves of absence, and recruiting and hiring. – Work closely with our internal teams to draft and maintain policies, procedures and handbooks related to employment and compensation matters in each of our domestic and international jurisdictions. – Draft and maintain our employment-related agreements, including offer letters, contractor agreements, and separation agreements domestically and internationally. – Collaborate cross-functionally on employment aspects of domestic and international expansion activities, and work with HR business partners to manage and resolve employment disputes. – Identify and assess legal risks and opportunities within the labor and employment area; advise and escalate accordingly, proposing creative solutions. – Manage outside counsel, particularly in international jurisdictions, as needed and in a cost-effective manner.
