I am responsible for maintaining the relationships with current sponsors and scheduling Spotlights, Career Fairs, and the End of Year Dinner. I also coordinate with the rest of the board and conduct outreach with the goal of recruiting one new company a quarter.

During my summer internship, I gained valuable experience as both a Fire Protection Engineering Intern and a Mechanical Engineering Intern. Some of my work:- Designed smoke control systems for a $6M Kaiser Hospital project- Created fire department access plans and conducted fire protection ratings on CAD for an almost 300,000-square-foot hospital- Calculated sprinkler systems for a City Hall expansion with HASS- Visited Sites including City of Hope Hospital to test HVAC dampers and a community center at UCI to help develop a proposal- Authored white papers, proposals, and reports on code updates, new projects, and unique hazards to streamline processes and enhance team efficiencyThis multifaceted experience provided me with practical skills in both fire protection and mechanical engineering, enhancing my ability to contribute to complex engineering projects

I worked with kids from ages 4 to 13 leading activities including cooking, crafts, and science labs.During summer camp, I was responsible for a group of up to 20 kids which taught me how to guide a group and build stamina.

I taught the incoming freshmen about activities around my high school and gave them a tour of the campus. I offered advice and became a Senior friend for them to go to if they needed help throughout the year.

I coach volleyball to younger kids weekly. Sometimes I coach my own court with over 20 kids where I have had to learn to lead and control such a large group. I teach kids technique or demonstrate drills while sharing stories from my past volleyball experience.

I was responsible for running the front desk, checking in patients, and confirming insurance over the phone. I created a promotional video with iMovie for the company's website. I also helped out in the back including serving as a dental assistant for a night laser procedure. I used the money I made to pay a portion of the cost of my car.
