- Ensure all partners execute contractual agreements by managing partner activation sheets and asset folders.- Collaborated the UBPS team members to track partner campus activations, develop new partner timelines and worked with UBPS stakeholders and partners to collect metrics and verify proof of performance.

- Supporting the brand development of PONA- a creative entrepreneurial agency for athletes that uses self-discovery, actor-training, and proprietary SaaS technology to grow athletes’ brand. - Research and identify potential sponsorships and brand collaborations for athletes- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with athletes and key stakeholders in the sports industry. - Support leadership through the coordination and organization of events that showcase athletes to potential employers and sponsors. - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our athlete programs. - Collaborate with the PONA team to enhance digital platforms that connect athletes with opportunities.

- Work with CBPS team to fulfill contractual elements of sponsorship marketing campaigns at Cal home athletic events and events hosted by CBPS- Aid in the pre and post game activations, hospitality events, on-field activations, collecting proof of performance at the 6 home football games during the 2023-2024 academic year.

- Report to the Director of Marketing to support the launch of campaigns and events, coordinate with brand ambassadors and create content for p1440 social media and newsletters. - Research trends and market dynamics to support marketing strategy and develop brand message.
