I represent landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions involving offices, retail properties, industrial sites, and mixed-use properties. With respect to real estate finance, I represent institutional lenders, banks and insurance companies in the origination of commercial mortgage loans, including loans securitized in the capital markets and traditionally structured loans.
