In this role, I lead and support a range of transformation projects for clients covering transformation, operational excellence, digitisation, and supply chain management. I develop client proposals and scoping various projects to deliver for clients based on their requirements covering SAP S4/HANA implementation, process optimisation, and driving supply chain excellence. I support operating model projects for large clients across multiple geographies and sectors covering process, governance, capabilities, culture, and organisational structure. I work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to drive Business-led digital transformation including utilising digitalisation experts and specialists across Deloitte consulting accordingly.I build long-term relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to cross and upsell services to solve client challenges and create a collaborative partnership. However, I operate as a brand ambassador for Deloitte, Head of Social for the social impact of the Operation Transformation Private offering, and heavily invested in the Business-led Digital transformation community.

The master thesis revolves around Digital Transformation, and investigates how to implement global digital transformation in factories with different digital maturity levels.I supported Tetra Pak headquarter in its digital journey including evaluating the digital maturity based on current capabilities, identifying capability caps, proposing suggestions to the digital strategy and roadmap, identifying comprehensive solutions no regret solutions, and establishing change management initiatives accordingly. I worked with colleagues across the supply chain to review processes and optimise digital tools including preparing the roadmap.

Tetra Pak is the world's leading food processing and packaging solutions company working closely with its customers and suppliers to provide safe food. I assist the Supply Chain Manager of Tetra Pak Inventing, and I am primarily working with a huge amount of data to look for trends, performance etc., and how we can improve different operational areas within the production as well as in the supply chain. Likewise, I spent a lot of time automating daily work tasks in Excel, SAP, and VBA and creating data visualization.In 2022, my work tasks were upgraded to concern Project Management, Digital Transformation, and Change Management.

Innovation Factory North is a research project, which creates an interrelated ecosystem for innovation based on Industry 4.0 Technologies. Industry 4.0 is based on data-driven production, where intelligent and flexible machines work together as independent entities, and different supply chains integrate and coordinate in real-time. The ecosystem involves the technology supplier of the region, industrial SMVs, and knowledge institutions. The objective is to strengthen innovation and productivity in Danish companies through knowledge exchange and employment.I successfully led projects with different organisations to review their digital capability, digital maturity, digital strategy, and digital vision including recommending changes to their digital roadmap. I facilitated workshops with 10+ SMEs to identify challenges and opportunities for new industry 4.0 technologies with a focus on piloting and delivering change.

In connection to my current involvement in a digitalization project, Innovation Factory North, at Aalborg University, I seized the opportunity to enhance my knowledge and expertise about the digital transformation of manufacturing companies. My research internship at KTH aims to investigate how the composition of digital competencies within the management team affects the digital strategy - and indirectly digital performance.I completed extensive research into digital competencies within management teams including working with eight large Swedish companies to evaluate digital competencies and their effect on the digital strategy and associated roadmap.
