As the Student Support Manager and QAMS Coordinator at CADD International, I had to ensure that the organization maintains high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. I would communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, such as students, instructors, managers, and clients, to facilitate smooth and efficient operations and service delivery. I also conducted regular quality checks and audits, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. I also helped in shooting the ads used for digital marketing by the company.I have a strong background in psychology and communication which I have developed and applied in different settings and roles. I graduated with a BSc in Psychology from Prajyoti Niketan College, where I learned the fundamentals of human behavior, cognition, and emotion. I also gained valuable experience as a Research and Analysis Intern at genCHAMP, where I analyzed data collected from previous research projects for the organization. Furthermore, I volunteered as an English teacher for needy students, and worked as a psychology intern at the Mindbuzz clinic, where I assisted in providing therapy and managing the social media page. I am passionate about learning new skills, helping others, and making a positive impact.Currently in my role as an Assistant Therapist, I assist the therapist in diagnosing the client efficiently. We also interact with doctors and advocates who advice us when required. We are also trying out possible ways to introduce Music Therapy along with CBT into our sessions.
