I assumed the role of President at Colleague Consulting in early 2021. With over 25 years of experience in human capital consulting, I'm dedicated to driving meaningful change and growth.Throughout my career, I've become an expert in leadership development, training, facilitation, and organizational development. I've had the privilege of creating and overseeing workforce and leadership development programs for diverse clients, including federal, state, private-sector, and nonprofit organizations.I am driven by my passion for developing others. I've taught courses on various subjects, including leadership and management skills, effective communication techniques, conflict management, performance management, grants management and processing, federal policies and regulations, and software applications. Helping others reach their potential is my daily motivation.Prior to my role at Colleague, I served as a Senior Director at the renowned management consulting firm, ICF. There, I served in a leadership role in their disaster management division after spending several years leading a workforce strategy and transformation practice. Some of my most memorable projects include managing training for long-term disaster recovery programs, crafting customized leadership development initiatives for commercial and federal clients, and spearheading organizational change management efforts for large-scale IT transformations.When I'm not immersed in the world of consulting, you can find me exploring the world, venturing into the woods for invigorating hikes, and capturing these adventures through my camera lens. Equally important to me is my commitment to supporting cancer research, advocacy, and patient care.
