•Oversee all managerial and daily operational elements of a large early childhood academy in the Northern Texas area. Administrative obligations include, but are not limited to: record keeping, scheduling meetings, Supply orders, setting up conferences for the director and owner, writing SOP’s, budgeting, insurance enrollment, child data management, accounts receivable/payable, staff development, and classroom scheduling. •Run weekly and monthly recruiting reports to own the onboarding process for new employees as they join the department and collect employee documents to accurately maintain the employee’s personal files. •Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, vacation policy, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.• Oversee the full recruitment life cycle by strategically sourcing, reviewing, and filtering resumes down to a pool of qualified applicants and ensuring background & reference checks are completed for all extended offers.•Maintain accountability across the organization and responsible for all state regulatory and licensing accordance. Consistently reviewed all Texas Health and Human Services regulations to remain compliant. •Assisted in all marketing and social advertising campaigns for the Prep School’s educational programs and internal student activities.
