Legal Document Preparation:Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to broadcasting rights, sponsorship deals, athlete contracts, intellectual property, and licensing.Maintain accurate records and document filing systems.Research & Analysis:Conduct legal research on various issues related to media law, intellectual property, sports law, broadcasting rights, and entertainment regulations.Prepare summaries and reports based on legal research findings.Compliance & Risk Management:Assist with ensuring the company's compliance with sports and media regulations, including league agreements, broadcasting standards, and advertising laws.Support in identifying potential legal risks and assist with mitigation strategies.Contract Management:Help in reviewing and maintaining a database of all contracts related to partnerships, sponsorships, and media rights.Assist in ensuring all legal deadlines and contract obligations are met.Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating with external counsel or partners.Help prepare case files and ensure all required documentation is properly archived.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, content creation, and business development, to ensure legal needs are met within the larger business context.Assist in coordinating legal projects across various teams.
